Are the sessions recorded? Yes, Each class is recorded, and you have lifetime access.
How long are the classes? They are 1.5 hours
What materials do I need? Yourself, a notebook, and an open heart- ready to learn and grow. 
What are the meeting times? You set your own times in your calendar.
What if I can't make the time commitment? My question to you would be, When have you ever focused on yourself (let alone your spirit self) for 7 days straight? I believe we make time for what is important. If this is important to you, you will act NOW. So often we forget it's the little choices, that make the greatest impact! Cheers to choosing you! PLUS, there are replays for each day.

How much is the course? The minimum investment into the course is $27. However, it's up to you to value your investment, and take this course seriously. It's for the better in you, and showing up for you is an internal necessity.
